Are you able to combine orders?

Due to the volume of orders, we aren't able to combine orders at this time.

What is your turn around time? 

Each and every Junobie package is shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment. Purchases made during large releases and/or sales may take up to  8-10 business days to be processed and packaged before shipment.

 I have placed my order, what is the next step?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation, given that we have been provided with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through. 

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. Tis email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available. **Please NOTE that not all of our shipping times are guaranteed. 

 

IF YOU PURCHASE THE FIRST CLASS MAIL OPTION, ONCE YOUR ITEMS ARE IN THE MAIL, THE PACKAGE IS NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF JUNOBIE. WE WILL NOT REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF YOU PURCHASED THE PRIORITY OR PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION, YOUR PACKAGE DID COME STANDARD WITH INSURANCE AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY IMPORT OR CUSTOM FEES AND/OR TAXES. 

 

How long should it take for my order to arrive?

First Class

United States

  • Takes approximately 3-5 days for delivery
  • Does NOT cover lost and/or stolen goods
  • $5 for orders under $40
  • FREE US First Class shipping for orders over $40

International 

  • Takes approximately 15-30 days for delivery
  • Once a package leaves The United States, there is no way to track them or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations
  • If you need your package sooner, then please purchase the priority or priority express shipping
  • Spend $150 and receive FREE First Class Shipping

 

Priority 

United States

  • Takes approximately 2-3 days for delivery
  • Comes with insurance if your package is lost
  • $7 for orders under $30
  • $5 Priority Shipping for orders over $30

International 

  • Takes approximately 6-10 business days for delivery
  • Once package leaves The United States, there is not way to track them or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations. 

What should I do if I have not received my package in the time frame state above?

United States

FIRST CLASS MAIL

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. Junobie will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail or priority mail express shipping option at checkout. 

PRIORITY MAIL

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.

International

FIRST CLASS MAIL

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. Junobie will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail or priority mail express shipping option at checkout. 

PRIORITY MAIL

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 7 days to 6 months from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.

 

What if my package is returned to Junobie?

If your package is returned to Junobie, you will receive a refund of the SUBTOTAL of your order. To reship, additional postage will need to be purchased.
